As a photographer and filmmaker, I work in the documentary field for national and international media, ONG, and urban regeneration projects in Southern Italy. With 10 years of experience, I specialize in documentary cinematography. I build the visual identity of a project, managing every technical and creative aspect related to lighting and color.

My debut film, Feneen, is a documentary about the urban music scene in Senegal, created with the intent to overturn stereotypical images of Africa. It was screened at Visioni dal Mondo, FIPADOC, the Pordenone Docs Festival and the Terra di Tutti Film Festival.

Since 2021, I have been documenting La Rivoluzione delle Seppie, an architecture collective in Belmonte Calabro, Calabria, dedicated to cultural reactivation in marginalized areas and experimenting with new ways of living and coexisting. Additionally, since 2022, I have collaborated with Kilimangiaro and Geo to produce nature and science documentaries across Europe and North Africa. In 2025, I filmed Geopop’s first documentary about volcanoes in Italy, which secured an independent screenings release and a special screening at the Giffoni Film Festival. My latest work is a documentary for NZZ Format exploring the new Trump immigration policies and the current situation at the US-Mexico border.

While the majority of my work is commissioned—which gives me the opportunity to experiment and gain highly professional experience—I increasingly want to dedicate myself to personal projects that fulfill my deep drive for justice and freedom.
