Burning Voice
From her home on the outskirts of Copenhagen, 35-year-old Tamara leads a deeply personal yet far-reaching fight—one that stretches all the way to Iraq, the country she fled as a child but has never truly left behind. As the founder of the online platform “Iraqi Women’s Rights”, she has spent over a decade speaking out against social control, honor-based violence, and laws that continue to restrict women’s lives. At the same time, she is striving to build a new, independent life with her son, free from her abusive ex-husband. Her story becomes the voice of a whole generation of women still fighting to be heard.
