Bio to B – Industry Days | Drama 2026 Awards

22 June 2026

The fifth edition of Bio to B | Drama also recognised some of the most promising projects presented during the programme dedicated to fiction development and intellectual properties.

The Bassani Award 2026, the new evolution of the Fiction Factory Audience Award, created in collaboration with the Giorgio Bassani Foundation, was awarded to Trucriam by Matteo Petecca, Mattia Caprilli and Andrea Rosasco. The award includes a €1,000 contribution to support the project’s development.

For the third consecutive year, a group of students from partner universities and educational institutions took part in Bio to B activities as the Future Talent Jury, assigning a Special Mention to Mater by Michael Petrolini and Marco Bergonzi.

The Rising Talent Special Mention was awarded to Doppia Elica – Un caso dell’ispettore Pietro Falco by Cristiano Delmonte and Francesco Zappardino, recognised for the originality of its concept, the strength of its writing, and its ability to combine science fiction and crime storytelling in an innovative and contemporary way.

With growing participation and an increasingly international network of professionals, Bio to B – Industry Days once again confirmed its role as a key platform where creativity, industry and new development opportunities come together, looking ahead to its next edition in 2027.
