Michele Fornasero is one of the founders of Indyca. A director, cinematographer, and editor, he has worked on numerous documentary projects. In 2008, he was director of photography and editor of Uno scampolo di paradiso by Gabriele Vacis; in 2011, he handled cinematography and editing for La Paura siCura. In 2014, he directed SmoKings, which received awards at major Italian and international festivals, including Festival dei Popoli, Bellaria, and Visions du Réel. In 2021, he was co-author, director of photography, and editor of Sul Sentiero Blu. As a producer, his credits also include Butterfly, We Are the Thousand, and SAMIA.
