Company Reassemblage Produzioni Audiovisive Reassemblage was founded in 2015 by Christian Nicoletta with the aim of developing and producing documentaries on key contemporary issues. The company was co-founder of the Ligurian Producers Association ALPA in 2016, and since 2021 a member of CNA Cinema e Audiovisivo Liguria. Reassemblage has regularly participated in Italian delegations at major documentary festivals and markets, such as Hot Docs, MIPCOM, Sunny Side of The Doc, IDFA, MIA, WEMW, Dok Fest Munich, and Vision Du Reel. Reassemblage's projects have received support from national and international calls for proposals and have been selected for international pitch events. In recent years, Reassemblage has been increasingly involved in international co-productions and currently has co-production agreements with Brazil, South Africa, Canada, Denmark, Nepal, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. It supports the production of international and national films and documentaries in north-western Italy.

Graduated in Cinema from the University of Bologna in 2009 with a scholarship to UCSC Santa Cruz University in the Overseas program. MAIA workshop for emerging European film producers in 2011.Founded Reassemblage in 2015. Since 2023 he is the manager of the RIFF PITCH LAB, a documentary development workshop for European directors under 35 within the RIFF Festival Sestri Levante. Since 2025, he has been directing the Liguria Film Market in Celle Ligure, a training event for producers in Northern Italy. Master’s degree in Cinema at University of Bologna in 2023 with top marks. Since February 2025, he has been pursuing a PhD by Practice at the University of Portsmouth, UK, with a research the representation of the Other in ethnographic documentaries.
