FANDANGO LIBRI is a brand of the independent Fandango publishing group, which also includes Becco Giallo, Coconino, and Playground. FANDANGO LIBRI was founded in 1999 by Domenico Procacci and is connected to the eponymous film production company, which has produced, among others, Gomorra, Reality, and The Embalmer by Matteo Garrone, films by Nanni Moretti, and the TV series adaptation of Elena Ferrante’s My Brilliant Friend. The publishing house releases both Italian and international fiction and nonfiction. Among its Italian and international fiction authors are James Baldwin, Shida Bazyar, Harold Brodkey, Virginie Despentes, Paul B. Preciado, Jonathan Bazzi, Claudio Fava, Flavia Piccinni, Alessio Arena, Andrea Delogu, and many more.
