Aurora TV is a television production company founded in 2013 and part of the Banijay group. Among its flagship titles are Il Paradiso delle Signore, which has become a daily fixture for Rai 1 audiences; Cuori, a period medical drama inspired by real events in the history of Italian cardiology; and Mrs. Playmen, the new Netflix original series inspired by the story of Adelina Tattilo. Both Cuori and Mrs. Playmen are among the five finalists for the 2026 Nastri d’Argento awards. The company also produces documentaries such as Io sono Libero, dedicated to entrepreneur Libero Grassi, who was murdered by the Mafia, Paolo Borsellino – adesso tocca a me, and Aldo Moro – Il professore, starring Sergio Castellitto.
