Everything Works Out (In the End)
After a life marked by fame and personal tragedies, Katelyn is seeking a new beginning. A controversial and magnetic figure of American pop culture, she navigated the worlds of strip dance and rock and roll on her own terms. In her quest for reinvention, she begins working at a retirement home for Catholic priests, records an album, writes a book, and takes up boxing. When a series of inexplicable ailments begins to plague her, Katelyn comes to believe she is a victim of demonic possession. She embarks on an introspective journey from Chicago to Massachusetts, across a deeply divided America just days before the 2024 elections—a country whose radical heterogeneity and fertile schizophrenia she fully embodies.
