Indyca is an independent film production company founded in 2007 in Turin. Over the years, the company has specialized in the production of creative documentaries and auteur cinema, with numerous international co-productions to its credit. Its films have been presented at major film festivals such as the Venice Film Festival, the Berlinale, IDFA, Hot Docs, the Rome Film Festival, and the Torino Film Festival. They have also received nominations for the European Film Awards and the Nastri d’Argento, and have won numerous prizes at international festivals and markets, including the Golden Globe Italy Award in 2019, the SCAM Palmarès in 2017, the Top Prize at the Miami International Film Festival, the Audience Award at South by Southwest, and the Best Pitch award at Hot Docs Toronto 2016, among others.
