Samuele Giorgetti is a 29-year-old filmmaker based in Bologna, where he graduated in Film Studies. In 2024, he completed the short film Peron, which was presented at the 21st edition of the In The Palace International Film Festival. He currently works in the audiovisual industry primarily as a camera department professional and director.
He is a member of Elenfant Film, an association that has been active in Bologna’s film scene since the early 2000s. Over the years, he has taken part in various training programmes and artistic residencies, including Filmidee Summer School, Naufragare Summer School, and Visioni in Movimento.
He is currently completing the editing of a short film titled Fotoni and developing a new project, Cartoline.
