Safaa Khatib

Safaa Khatib (b. 1994, Kfar Kanna) is a Palestinian photographer and visual artist working across photography, film, and cultural heritage preservation, with a focus on paper materials. She holds a BFA from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, an MA in Cinema Studies from the University of Haifa, and a diploma in paper restoration from Palazzo Spinelli, Florence. Her work has been presented internationally, including at the Middle East Institute (Washington, D.C.), Institut du Monde Arabe (Paris), and A. M. Qattan Foundation (Ramallah). She is the recipient of the YAYA Award and is currently developing her first feature documentary, now in production.
