Marco Trotta

Marco Trotta (1993), actor, author and director, graduated in acting from the Civica Paolo Grassi, studied documentary in Paris at the Ateliers Varan and screenplay at the Fondazione Fare Cinema, under the guidance of B. Oliviero and V. Santella. In 2023, he directed his first documentary, Madelyn, in Paris, which was then selected in competition at the FilmMaker Festival in Milan. In 2024 he was selected for the Biennale College Cinema, with the feature film project A Son, a Mother. With the text Manicaretti he won the dramaturgy prize Omissis and the writing prize Andrea Camilleri, with his debut at the 68° Spoleto Festival.
