Giacomo Manghi was born in 1993 in Parma. After graduating in Modern Literature, he attended the Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Film School in Bologna. He is a member of Meriggio Film, where he worked as cinematographer on Sweet Home Cesuna, directed by Bruno Carli, and Allegoria d’Autunno, directed by Gabriele Di Benedetto. In 2026, he directed his first short film, Un Cane, also produced by Meriggio Film. He currently teaches at the Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Film School. He lives and works in Bologna.
