Ella Marciello is a creative director, copywriter, author, and communication strategist. She began her career in 2010, first in-house and then at several advertising agencies. She has worked as a copy, strategist, and creative director across ATL and BTL, in science communication and cultural events, and as a lecturer at institutions including IED Turin, Scuola Holden, and Università Cattolica. In recent years she has led social campaigns on gender equality and inclusive, responsible communication, and was named among StartupItalia’s Unstoppable Women, the 1,000 women changing Italy. Her first book, Scrittura Ribelle (2022), features a foreword by Paolo Iabichino. In 2023 she won first prize La comunicazione che fa bene (Touchpoint Strategy Award) with a campaign addressing stigma and stereotypes around mental health.
