Head of European and International Affairs at the National Audiovisual Institute (INA), Delphine Wibaux, leads the Institute’s European and international strategy within the Directorate General. She manages a dedicated team and works to position INA as a key public reference institution in the fields of creation, international cooperation, cultural diplomacy, and the promotion of French cultural and creative industries.

Her responsibilities include developing institutional partnerships with ministries, international donors and multilateral organizations, designing and overseeing funded projects (European Union, French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, AFD, ALIPH), as well as supporting INA’s operational departments in the development of its international activities in distribution, production, training, consultancy and innovation. As a representative of INA within several international governance bodies, she serves as Vice President and Secretary of Members of the International Federation of Television Archives (FIAT/IFTA) and sits on the Board of Directors of the Mediterranean Center for Audiovisual Communication (CMCA). She is also a member of the Executive Board of the College of Advanced Studies of the Diplomatic Institute (CHEID).

Before joining the European and International Affairs Department of INA, Delphine Wibaux held positions as European and international project manager at INA, as well as at Radio France Internationale/Monte Carlo Doualiya and La Fémis. She has developed recognized expertise in European project management, cultural cooperation, audiovisual media, cinema, and international vocational training.
