Daniel Maru, author and screenwriter, gets his MA in Cinema and Media, in Turin, in 2023. The same year, he follows production of Città Dolente (VR pilot, young adults, mixed media, Biennale College VR) for IBRIDO Studio. He later attends the advanced training courses “The Anatomy of Story” (Unicatt, John Truby) and “Screenwriting” (Holden school, Gabriele Scarfone, Libero Pastore). In 2024, he’s screenwriter on Anselmo Wannabe (26×7’, kids, 2D, available on RaiPlay). Currently, he’s screenwriter on another Rai Kids animated series, he’s collaborating with Indyca Film on the development of his own TV concept and is working on his own graphic novel, targeting ages 12-14.
