Francesca Sofia Allegra is a London-based film editor, edit consultant, and artistic director with over 17 years of experience across documentaries, feature films, and promotional content. A Berlinale Talents alumna and member of the European Film Academy, BAFTA Connect, AMC and British Film Editors (BFE), she has worked on projects selected for major international festivals including Berlinale and Venice. Her credits include The Walls of Bergamo by Stefano Savona, HERE I AM by Marc J. Francis and the Netflix series SanPa. Alongside her editing career, she serves as Artistic Director of Trailers FilmFest, Europe’s only festival dedicated to film marketing and promotion, where she is committed to giving visibility to the often-overlooked professionals behind the creative process, from editors and trailer makers to the many specialists who shape how films reach their audiences.
