Il Make It Real Award è l’annuale premio che Bio to B – Indusrtry Days Doc assegna a professioniste e i professionisti che si sono distinti nel campo della produzione e distribuzione cinematografica, documentaria e non solo.

Marco Visalberghi

Founder and CEO of DocLab, an Italian documentary and factual production company. An award-winning producer and director, he has built an international career over more than twenty-five years, collaborating with broadcasters such as RAI, BBC, ZDF-ARTE, France Télévisions, PBS, NHK, and National Geographic.

His productions include Sacro GRA by Gianfranco Rosi (winner of the Golden Lion at the Venice Film Festival) and Io Sto con La Sposa, awarded in Venice and at the Geneva International Film Festival on Human Rights. He has also produced international titles such as 1968mm for ARTE, Art Crimes for SKY ARTE and ZDF-ARTE, and Stray Bodies by Elina Psykou, presented at major festivals including Biografilm Festival.

In recent years, he has supported debut films by emerging directors, including Caveman – The Hidden Giant and Last Stop Before Chocolate Mountain, and is currently producing Anonimi Romani.

Tom Quinn

Tom Quinn, founder and CEO of NEON, director, producer, and screenwriter. In 2017, he co-founded the independent distribution label NEON, which distributes Anora, an award-winning film and already a winner of the Palme d’Or.

NEON has distributed major award-winning films at the Cannes Film Festival, including Anatomy of a Fall (2023), Triangle of Sadness (2022), Titane (2021), and Parasite, which won the Academy Award in 2019. It has also released acclaimed and award-winning documentaries such as Flee (2021) and All the Beauty and the Bloodshed, the Golden Lion winner at the Venice Film Festival in 2022.
