Biografilm: the programme for the 22nd edition presented at Palazzo d’Accursio
Biografilm is preparing for its 22nd edition. Yesterday, in the setting of Palazzo d’Accursio in Bologna, the Festival’s official programme was presented, in the presence of institutions, partners, and key figures who contribute each year to its growth.
During the event, the Head of the Emilia-Romagna Film Commission, Fabio Abagnato, stated: “We become elderly in the Sala Anziani,” highlighting the increasingly strong relationship between the Festival and the city.
Special thanks go to the artistic co-directors Chiara Liberti and Massimo Benvegnù, and the organisational director Riccardo Volpe, together with Biografilm co-founder Emanuela Ceddia, Head of the Culture Department of the Municipality of Bologna Giorgia Boldrini, Head of the Emilia East-Romagna Regional Office of BPER Cecilia Bavera, Head of the Emilia-Romagna Film Commission Fabio Abagnato, and Director of the Fondazione Cineteca di Bologna Gian Luca Farinelli.
Special thanks are also extended to the Regional Councillor for Culture of Emilia-Romagna, Gessica Allegni, and to the Central Director of Communication and External Relations of Gruppo Hera, Giuseppe Gagliano, for their institutional greetings and support for the Festival.
With this event, Biografilm officially begins its journey towards a new edition dedicated to cinema, storytelling, and shared participation.
