On 29 May 2025, the Press Conference presenting the 21st edition of Biografilm, scheduled from 6 to 16 June, was held at the Bologna City Hall.
"Between black and white, between ideology and propaganda, there are infinite variations of colour. And it is among those colours that artists, storytellers, those who put the story of the human spirit before the regimented coldness of today's banal dichotomies, live and work. Biografilm, fortunately, is still a space where those colours grow and shine."
With these words Artistic Directors Massimo Benvegnù and Chiara Liberti tell us about the 21st edition.
The conference was significantly enriched by the speeches of: Filippo Mazzucato, President of the association Fanatic About Festivals; Daniele Del Pozzo, Councillor for Culture of the Municipality of Bologna; Gessica Allegni, Councillor for Culture, Parks and Forestry, Protection and Enhancement of Biodiversity, and Equal Opportunities of the Emilia-Romagna Region; Giuseppe Gagliano, Central Director of Communication and External Relations of the Hera Group; Camilla Pedraglio, External Relations Manager of BPER.
