20 projects will be officially selected at the Pitching Forum, a public presentation in front of an audience of Decision Makers. Among them were Cannes Docs | Marché du Film, RAI Cinema, RAI Documentaries, Sky Entertainment Channels, Cinecittà and many other international sellers, national and international broadcasters, producers and festival representatives, who were called upon to listen to and interact with the creative teams in order to promote opportunities for project selection, co-production and distribution.
At the end of the two days, the awards ceremony further highlighted a number of projects with considerable potential to provide them with additional growth momentum.

The Bio to B Doc Rising Talents Special Mention goes to Popo by Eleonora Deligio, produced by Angelo Rocco Toriano and Marta Pelo, a Mediterraneo Cinematografia (IT) production.
For the second year running, Bio to B created partnerships with national schools and universities to invite students from the cultural sector to experience the industry first-hand. Selected students were awarded a project based on presentation, artistic value and production feasibility.
The award goes to Popo 'For its social critique of the delicate situation in Milan's working-class neighbourhoods, analysed through a multimedia approach, as well as with a raw, human touch. It is a deep look into the future of Nicole and Assunta, the young girls who symbolise a much more complex situation affecting our nation (and, we may say, the entire world). We believe that this is not just a film, but a microcosm, capable of improving an entire neighbourhood through interconnected projects."

Bio to B - Industry Days continues on Monday 9 June with Bio to B - Industry Days|Drama, the day dedicated to the search for stories to produce and the relations between the two pillars of the cultural industry, publishing and audiovisual, at the Auditorium Enzo Biagi, inside Sala Borsa.
