The Make It Real Award is the annual prize presented by Bio to B – Industry Days Doc to professionals who have distinguished themselves in the field of film production and distribution, both documentary and beyond.

2019 - Diane Weyermann, producer of the award-winning films Green Book, RBG, and Roma.
2018 - Simon Chinn, Award-winning producer and two-time Academy Award winner for Searching for Sugar Man (2013) and Man on Wire(2009).
