Recently, Sconosciuti Puri, nominated for the Nastri d'Argento and finalist for the David di Donatello, was awarded at Visions du Réel, Biografilm, DMZ, AJB Doc and many others.
Born in Palermo, she works in Rome. Author of Madonne Nere and novels for children: La mia vita all'ombra del mare and La battaglia delle bambine. She’s a member of the editorial board of the literary magazine Nuovi Argomenti. She wrote the documentary series Denise and is the author of the podcast for Corriere della Sera. The book The Real Name of Rosamund Fischer was published in May 2024.
