Biografilm participates in the meeting on festivals in Emilia-Romagna at the Venice International Film Festival.
On Friday 5 September, at 12 noon, at Casa I Wonder on the Lido di Venezia (Lungomare Marconi 56/F), a meeting will be held entitled Cultivating audiences, supporting vocations: festivals in Emilia-Romagna, dedicated to events in the region and the growing quality and sustainability with which they operate. Biografilm co-director Massimo Benvegnù will be among the speakers. He will be joined by Fabio Abagnato, head of the Emilia-Romagna Film Commission, Bruno Zambardino, head of EU affairs at the MIC's Directorate-General for Cinema and Audiovisual, and Joana Fresu de Azevedo, vice-president of the Association of Italian Film Festivals (AFIC).
The meeting will be preceded by the screening of the short film Il mio amico Ayrton by Raffaele Manco and Vittorio Martone at 10.30 a.m.
