A key moment in the path of building a dialogue between publishing and audiovisuals at Bio to B - Industry Days | Drama: three professionals, three different sectors meeting to transform written words into moving images.
Simona Bellettini, Kim Gualino and Valeria Zito are the moderators selected to illustrate the concrete mechanisms of buying and selling audiovisual rights, representing respectively the categories of publishers, lawyers and audiovisual production professionals, and key figures within this process.
In this meeting, which will be held on June 9 from 3 to 4:15 p.m., new tools and best practices will be offered to the audience of workers in the cultural sector-particularly publishing workers, authors, producers, and screenwriters-to better navigate the challenges of the contemporary marketplace.
The panel is an opportunity to closely explore how a film adaptation is created and what are the steps, critical issues and opportunities that characterize this increasingly necessary encounter between written page and screen.
