The Pitching Forum is the central public presentation moment of the selected projects within Bio to B – Industry Days | Doc. Up to 20 European documentary and docu-series projects are presented to an international audience composed of producers, commissioning editors, sales agents, festival representatives, Film Commissions and institutions. Selected teams take part in the Pitching Lab, an online preparation programme designed to support the projects in the lead-up to the public presentation, followed by Q&A sessions and one-to-one meetings with the experts attending the market.
The call is now closed.
Thank you to everyone who applied.
The selection process is currently underway: selected authors will be contacted starting from April 6 to confirm their participation.
The official results will be announced after April 20.
The selection process takes into account the artistic value and originality of the project, its market potential, the quality of the submitted materials and the experience of the creative team. Selected teams will receive two Bio to B | Doc accreditations, a personalised schedule of one-to-one meetings, access to networking activities and participation in the Pitching Lab. Attendance is required for all online training sessions and for the full duration of Bio to B – Industry Days | Doc (June 8–10, 2026, Bologna).
