(Francia / 2018 / 54’)

“We are bullets made of flesh, fallen on the ground. This is a tragedy… But there is also a lot to laugh about”. Romeo Castellucci is a complex artist: graduated at the Fine Arts Academy in Bologna, nowadays he is one of the main characters of the contemporary Theatre. In the last thirty years Castellucci and his theatre company, the Socìetas Raffaello Sanzio, stage performances all over Europe and he became one of the leaders of the avant-garde Theatre. Theatron draws the portrait of an unique artist: among rehearsals in the the theatres all over the world, the film is a deep reflection not just about performances but also about the connection between the author and the representation of the Human Nature.
