Jacek is a simple guy: he has fun running around the polish fields with his dog and he works in constructions -it helps him to be in a good shape- and he’s working to build a huge statue of Christ. He also has a beautiful girlfriend and they will marry really soon. One day at work he has an accident: his face is horribly disfigured. Jacek becomes the first person in his country to get a face transplant. The media are considering him as a hero but the consequences of his condition start to get harder every day.
