A mother resumes her everyday life in a city at the forefront of the armed conflict between the Ukrainian army and pro-Russian separatists. She is afraid for her daughter Zoya, she can’t reach her: communicating over the phone is difficult. Immersed in a post-apocalyptic scenario, she offers her account from the bleak front, while the snow erases the memories of what was a normal urban landscape before living under the constant threat of bombardment.
